WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
The team at Oxfordshire Personal Training design sessions to help clients work towards fitness goals. Instructors experienced in sports rehabilitation, weight management, fitness and nutrition lead dynamic group-based boot camps.
Sessions aim to foster social relationships as well as being challenging by working out through a programme of bespoke weight and cardio exercises. Equipment including kettle bells and resistance bands are used, with sessions taking place at StudioPT, Summertown.
